The Campus Experience Coordinator (CEC) seeks to go above and beyond the call of duty in delightfully serving guests visiting Liberty University through the Hancock Welcome Center (HWC). This position requires exhibiting a pleasant and friendly style of communication with guests visiting the university. It is critical for this professional to communicate with guests in a way that clearly understands the guests’ expectations and ensures the visit delivers more than expected. This role is key to the success of our on-campus recruitment efforts, Liberty’s objective to deliver exceptional guest service, and our fifty-year heritage of training Champions for Christ. The position is an hourly, full-timeposition and does require evening and weekend work on occasion.
The On-Campus Student Recruiter (OCSR) will be asked to assist in the effective recruitment of future “Champions for Christ” through our Visitors Center. The primary focus will be to leverage the efforts of others and the promotional efforts of so many and harvest qualified applicants through our daily tours and special events. We serve over 25,000 guests annually. We want to allow them to springboard forward into everything Liberty has to offer. Liberty has over 7,000 acres of space to allow one’s God-given imagination to grow and accompanying skills to be refined. This part-time staff member is pivotal to the success of our local recruitment efforts and will be asked to lead campus tours while assisting with on-campus events. This job reports to the Campus Tour Specialist of the Visitors Center who is under the leadership of the Director of The Hancock Welcome Center. This is a student worker, minimum wage position and does require weekend work.

Learning and growth flow from reading, critical thinking, writing, practicing, engaging thoughtful conversations, and serving. The internship consists of weekly meetings where the interns discuss their reading, ministry life, plan services, plan events such as camps, nights of worship, and mission trips.
