  • We were three moms who declared war against mindless consumption, everyday toxins, and distracted living by educating a new generation of eco-conscious individuals. Helping people heal themselves while healing the planet. After my health coach training, I continued my education in environmental toxins and found that they are linked to almost every major disease. Within our Spunky website, I created Your Daily Detox as a means to provide sustainable tips to minimize our risks of toxic exposures in what we ingest, absorb and inhale.
