Human Resources Assistant
- Supports overall recruiting function's by assisting with hiring needs and onboarding activities i.e. phone screening, interview scheduling, back ground checks for prospective candidates.
- Facilitates New Hire Orientation and Welcome Tours to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Provides administrative support in payroll reporting i.e. vacation and temp labor invoices.
- Monitor employee attendance and performance to verify punctuality and absences, addressing issues in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Serves as the primary point of contact for employee leave inquiries, providing guidance on eligibility, required documentation and the leave process.
- Help employees register for benefits programs using online portals.
