• Obtain patient medical history, perform physical examinations and preventative health measures within prescribed guidelines

Medication, chemotherapy and blood product administration

Competent in stem cell transplant procedures along with complete medical and surgical care

Performing endoscopy biopsies and skilled removal of polyps using tools such as Roth net and saline lifts, tattooing suspicious areas, inserting clips and using hot and cold snares while monitoring patients under sedation

• Lab draw and initiation of necessary laboratory and diagnostic tests Interpret laboratory and test results

Provide relationship-based, result-oriented communication and continuity of care by developing and implementing management plans Obtain consultations and/or referrals as appropriate Ensure all follow-up appointments are completed on a timely basis

• Provide health education counseling to patients and families as appropriate; supports programs for patients and their families Answer questions about condition and treatment plan
• Participate in and support performance improvement and risk management activities
