When I lost my college class ring a couple weeks ago. i contacted USAA after a week of looking everywhere for it, but no avail. Ms. Elizabeth Taylor was so understanding and showed compassion for my loss. Even though it was "just a ring". I had worn on my finger for almost 23 years. She was so sympathetic for my stress of what happened, that I was so grateful how she handled my claim. She was amazing! USAA ms. Taylor did a wonderful job on my claim

Outside of some confusion regarding her phone extension. Elizabeth has been very kind and compassionate with me during this difficult time. She has taken the time to explain everything to me and answered all my questions. I honestly believe I would not have be able to get through this without her. You guys have a rock star in her.....
