  • Everyday my duties adjust based on the needs of the company, I’m able to think on my feet and get all daily tasks completed in a timely and efficient manner with all varies departments and employees in the company
  • I use a database called T-Track that houses all of the company records for all the tissues we supply to customers, print labels for mail out, ensure all the proper QAs have been completed for the products before mail out to customers
  • Answering phone calls from customers paying on their accounts and asking general questions about the products that we provide
  • Fulfill purchase orders from customers and distributors and making sure all orders are sent out the day that they are received
  • For all orders ensure the proper products are ready to be sent to customers
  • I process weekly reports to management and distributors on returns that we receive to verify all the proper documentation is completed to standards
  • I have been responsible for inspection and package tissue and bone for shipment following all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), measuring grafts to ensure they meet specifications, and order all daily supplies for the whole department, approximately 15 employees
  • Responsible for scanning in all incoming tissue to the correct location for storage so it can be processed in a timely manner
  • As a Quality Inspector I was responsible for inspection of bone and soft tissue donors, ensuring all products is up to SOP standards
  • Ensure paperwork matches donor information and expiration is correct and following all SOP’s.
  • Maintained up-to-date knowledge of company policies, procedures, and promotions for accurate information sharing.
  • Responded proactively and positively to rapid change.
  • Trained staff on operating procedures and company services.
