Wild Yoga, Retreats and Wilderness Yoga

Let’s go crystal hunting on top of a mountain together. I will offer this guided adventure in 2024 and I decided we are not calling these trips “a retreat” because they aren’t passive or defensive. It’s not about getting away or running from ourselves. There will be elements of a traditional retreat wrapped into a stimulating adventure with achievable goals and fun physical activity. Wielding a pick ax and mining is a lot of physical work and you’ll hit muscles that you didn’t know you had.

These Adventures are designed to ignite spirit and recharge our soul. Here you reclaim your innate right to live exactly as you are, without judgement and continue work towards achieving unconditional acceptance of the self as part of a community.

On adventure you are encouraged to smash walls down and be a silly goof, let your inner child run free and rediscover all the nuggets of pure child like joy. Wee!!!

Adventures break open our inhibitions allowing a deeper sense of connection to our natural world. “On Adventure” means it’s time to embrace the wild within. We will learn tools and knowledge that gives us insight into how we can teach others to love ourself. You will gain necessary tools to survive and thrive in a messy world.

Here is not for those who want to escape. This is a place to charge forward into life to begin or continue to heal and unravel with our Mother Earth. You’ll get your hands dirty and your heart warmed! The best part of all is you get to keep all the crystals you can carry! Yay!

This is a 1-2 day add on Adventure from the White Rock Mountain Tour.

There’s also a bath house and hot springs nearby and multiple other features. This trip will have a range of activities, options and activities for the whole family and my adventures are ALL alcohol free at the main site and on adventures. There will be delicious food options and campfire cooking. Daily meditation, yoga practice and optional adventures to add on.
