Downhill Skiing and Mountain Biking-
I have been Skiing since my dad placed me in the ski-backpack. Thereafter, extreme sports has made me tolerant to fear and to brave and crash through any obstacle or cliff in my path. In love with these commonly male dominated sports, I have learned how to accommodate and prove myself with confidence past the male dominance in the sport.
Reading, Drawing, and Writing-
I believe that in order to form new ideas, you must read. To effectively communicate those ideas, you must express through writing or drawing.
Then leverage these ideas takes the effort and skills to build. These habits like reading, writing, and drawing improves my brain health consistently and is a necessity to me.
Piano-
I have Practiced and played the Piano since 6 years old. With being born into a musically inclined family, I was very influenced to take on the role of having my own instrument. Piano has taught me determination, persistence, expression, and performance etiquette.
Backcountry-
I am privileged to have used Alaska's wilderness to my young, fullest potential. Growing up doing snow machine trips, rafting, hiking trips, cabin excursions, backcountry skiing, ocean boating, and extensive road trips... even though, I know I have only seen a fraction of it's coasts, mountains, rivers, and lakes, which is more than most have experienced. This has fed my curiosity to see and preserve the rest of Alaska's wildlife and wilderness.
