• Arrive to venue before Event Manager, check to make sure back of house, arena floor and parking areas are clean and prepped as needed for tour arrival
• Greet tour upon arrival, help buses park and get hooked up to shore power

• Director of Operations/AGM at AEG Present’s Pollstar Award-winning upscale Northern California concert venue
• Managed venue and staff year-round, including managing a 2,500-capacity outdoor amphitheater with a 70+ show “Legacy Act” concert season generating over $19 million in ticket sales annually
• Prepared all aspects of concert settlement including night-of-show artist settlement and nightly Profit & Loss statements
• Advanced, executed and acted as main venue point of contact for 130+ private events a year, typically hosting for high-end Silicon Valley corporate clients
• Created and led operations for self-produced “Signature" events including creating event themes, selecting and booking entertainment, designing overall look and feel and purchasing decor and ambiance. Signature events combined with corporate events generated $2.7 million in revenue annually
• Directly oversaw Production Manager, Facilities Crew, Operations House Hands, Maintenance Crew, Security and Event Staff
• Managed annual Preventative Maintenance spend of $600K
• Managed yearly Preventative Maintenance Agreements for all necessary equipment for a 600-acre outdoor property and two restaurants with industrial kitchens

House Manager at The Regency Center, a well-known concert and event venue in San Francisco with three distinct event spaces

• Advanced and executed 180+ concerts a year, mostly Metal, Hip-Hop, EDM, and Indie Artists
• Prepared all night-of-show concert settlements
• Directly oversaw Event Staff, Security, Operations House Hands, ID Check and Cleaning Crew
• Acted as main venue point of contact and maintained client relations for 75+ private events a year ranging from EDM parties to SF Pride parties to Edwardian Ball to high-profile political galas. Private event bookings and client retention increased by 85% while I worked in this role
• Maintained relations with the SF Entertainment Commission, the ABC and the City of San Francisco
