Dynamic and adaptable professional with experience as a Research Assistant at Abilene Christian University, where I enhanced classroom learning through data-driven feedback. Skilled in problem-solving and housekeeping, I thrive in flexible environments, ensuring high-quality support for both students and faculty. Committed to fostering educational success and continuous improvement.
I am a student research assistant, also known as a pedagogical partner, for the Adams Center for Teaching and Learning. My job is to partner with a faculty member, observe their class once a week, and meet with them to give them a second-hand perspective of how their teaching is affecting the students, and to give ideas for how to enhance learning in their classroom environment. I collect data each week, and compile it to prepare feedback and future learning for future partners or conferences.
