As the founding president of Science National Honor Society, I assisted our advisor in building sustainable systems, facilitated school wide communication, organized monthly meetings, and created connections with other clubs by participating in their events.
Yearbook is a course offered at most high schools being set to collectively display the memories of events throughout the school year. We decide on a theme, assign sections to staff, communicate with teachers and administration, and so much more. As editor in chief, I aimed to create a book that students will cherish for years on end, while facilitating a student run staff in their work.
As president of ARC Student Council, also known as the Take Action Campaign, I set up collaborations with other clubs, arrange a meeting and event calendar, wrote lesson plans needed to order materials, grouped members together to complete tasks, and communicated with staff.
Having been a member of Bring Change to Mind, a mental health advocacy club, for three years, I worked my way up to being Vice President by organizing events, dedicating my lunches to ensuring the success of our events, and highlighting my passion in improving the mental health environment of our school.
