• Provide intensive relative search and engagement techniques to identify family and other close adults for children in foster care

• Collaborate with the Student Resource teacher to assess and identify a focus list of students who would benefit from small group tutoring each day
• Create lesson plans tailored to each of the students’ abilities for groups of two to five kids in math, reading, and phonics daily
• Provide daily interventions in Behavior, Math and English for two classes of 42 second grade students to maintain and increase student performance

• Provided peer education and advice to 45 women who lived in the residence halls
• Assisted and provided guidance for the women in the house in identifying and prioritizing their own goals for their career, education, and life
• Lead weekly meetings with these women, enforced the campus code of conduct, and created fun 'functions' for the women throughout the year
• Managed a house council of five to build a community and an educational environment for the 45 women
• Planned and executed social events including organizing social events and delegating tasks to house council members
• Set goals for the house budget, house events, and participation
• Increased the house funds/budget by $700, planned monthly events for the majority of the school year, and increased participation in campus events from 30%-75%.
