In addition, I conducted daily evaluations of program activities to ensure objectives were met, built partnerships with local organizations and community groups to expand activity options and resources, and designed and distributed promotional materials that boosted event participation and engagement.

I provided excellent customer service by responding to inquiries quickly and professionally. I ground beans for espresso shots according to individual customer specifications. I operated cash registers to process customer payments. I greeted customers and took orders for coffee drinks, food items, and other beverages. I adhered to health department regulations concerning sanitation standards. Finally, I maintained a clean work environment by wiping down counters, washing dishes, and cleaning floors.
