I am responsible for the overview of memberships of the 3 locations of Campus Recreation. I aid in the development and implementation strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones. In addition, I address member inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of member satisfaction. I continue to maintain accurate membership records, track renewals, and analyze membership data to identify trends. Making sure to prepare reports on membership statistics, trends, and activities for management. And overall, gather and analyze member feedback to improve services and programs that help reflect the inclusivity and values of the University of Arizona Campus Recreation.
Welcome guests as they arrive, making them feel comfortable and valued. In addition manage seating plans, ensuring guests are seated in an orderly and timely manner. Take and confirm reservations, keeping track of special requests or accommodations. If the restaurant is busy, maintain a waitlist, inform guests of estimated wait times, and ensure smooth turnover of tables. In addition, assisting serves and staff during peak hours, running food, bussing tables, and taking orders when needed. Serve as a liaison between guests and staff, communicating needs or concerns effectively. Overall, being familiar with the menu and specials to answer questions and provide recommendations. Importantly ensuring the host area is clean and organized, and that tables are set up properly. In some settings, assist with billing or payment processing.
