Prior to getting my Ph.D. in Bioengineering, I hope to explore more research and development wet lab opportunities. My professional aspirations are to continue my career in Bioengineering research.

- Perform research under the supervision of Dr Yo Suzuki at the John Craig Venter Institute.
- Facilitate a project where synthetic biology is used to develop an artificial organism capable of efficient carbon fixation as compared to other natural and synthetically designed pathways.
- Our goal is to integrate the POAP cycle into the JCVI Syn 3.0B minimal cell as a potential method of carbon sequestration.
