Create Holocaust education programming for Southwest Florida Community; including an annual Holocaust Remembrance event at the Shell Point Retirement Community. Working on creating a department for the community to visit and connect with Holocaust artifacts, stories and history of local, state and national survivors, rescuers and liberators. In process of organizing a speakers bureau for agency and working on securing grants for future events, speakers, education classes with age-appropriate material and programming.

• Organize and design guest speaker panels; including researching, finding and securing speakers
• Write press releases, work with media and public
• Seek grants, funding and collaboration with other non-profit agencies
• Moderate community speaking events, engage audience
• Plan, evaluate, and revise curricula, course content, course materials and methods of instruction
• Maintain contact with speakers for future events
• Engage audience in asking critical questions about the Holocaust and our role as humans to become a perpetrator or a rescuer
• Connect guests, patrons with speakers and other programs and future discussions to keep the conversation going

• Educate and inspire students to work together to curb bullying, intolerance, bigotry and hatred
• Presented excerpts and work from my book Project Tolerance: Everyone Counts, highlighting interviews with Holocaust survivors, and a local decorated WW II liberator, Dr. Robert Hilliard
• Organized discussions, presentations, art shows, interactive activities
• Research and design educational programs for schools nationwide
• Media relations and wrote press releases
• Coordinate with schools, museums, community centers to present work
