Volunteer Experience

  • Served within women's ministry as a table leader, leading women of all ages through devotionals, encouragement, and bible studies.
  • Served in young adult ministry as a prayer guide.
  • Served within Church for 6+ years in multiple different areas. Worked with the kids and youth programs as small group leader, big group leader, and facilitator. Served at multiple year-round events for youth group as well as attended all camps and served in leadership.
  • Involved with church young adults, students, and Sunday worship team for 5 years and led alongside another leader to lead the youth worship band. This included leading devotionals, mentoring and growing young leaders, and working musically with students.

Mission Trips

International Mission Trip, Livingstone, Zambia December 2021 — January 2022

  • Second trip to Zambia and after training with missions organization, took on
    a leadership role over the team sent to Livingstone. Took responsibility for the spiritual well-being of the group alongside partner, and mentored girls on the team.
  • Assisted in planning events and outreach opportunities during the trip.
  • Led street evangelism and assisted in connecting people to churches where they could be connected long-term.
  • Traveled to villages to share the gospel for the first time. Effectively shared the gospel with large groups in a way that all age-groups could understand.

International Mission Trip, Lusaka, Zambia December 2020 — January 2021

  • Sent as a team member to share the gospel with the people living in the Lusaka city area.
  • Focused on street evangelism in compounds and impoverished areas.
  • Partnered and worked alongside Footprints, an organization in Lusaka that works to care for homeless children, children involved with gangs, and children struggling with drug addiction.

Stateside Missions

  • Participated in a short-term mission trip to Asheville, North Carolina for disaster relief following Hurricane Helene. Partnered with a church to meet physical construction needs for those in the community.
  • Worked closely in leadership with Africa Freedom Mission, a short-term and long-term missions organization, for many years. Involved in street evangelism in Jacksonville, FL, and Charleston, SC as well as planning and leading worship events alongside other leaders in these areas as well as Boone, NC, and Lynchburg, VA.
  • Participated in a short-term mission trip through North Greenville University to Lumberton, NC. Worked with a disaster relief program with physical needs of construction.
  • While working with Woodlands, partnered with Beach-side Baptist Church in New Smyrna, FL. Street evangelized as part of a revitalization effort for the church.
