Affiliations

  • I like making art. Whether it is bracelets out of clay beads to pencil drawings or watercolor and even handmade ceramics.
  • I love to decorating for events and showing the artistic side of things.
  • In high school, I participated in my school's baking club helping out with different organizations. I helped make different treats like cookies, brownies, macarons, scones, etc for different events we catered to.
  • I participated in my high school's adventure club for two years. We did overnight trips hiking mountains, or forest and connecting to nature. We went to the galapagos for a week and learned about the island's history.
  • I am a cradle catholic and have been raised in the church my entire life. I've participated in fall festivals for face painting, attended youth groups and youth group trips on retreats or conferences.

Education and Training

1st semester at the CIA: I went through fundamentals program, intro to hospitality, nutrition, and baking ingredients equipment and technology. In fundamentals I learned the basics of baking and pastry and methods pertaining to the subject.

2nd semester at CIA: Block courses: Hearth breads and Rolls ( learned basics of breads and how to make popular breads such as baguettes, sourdough, brioche, focaccia, bagels, and how to score), Cafe Savory (small breakdown of the culinary side), and Intro to Gastronomy
