I would love to work somewhere where I can work with my hands and be involved into a welcoming community. I rather be moving and doing something than be stationary. I love meeting new people and making friends. I enjoy traveling and visiting new places and discovering different cultures.
1st semester at the CIA: I went through fundamentals program, intro to hospitality, nutrition, and baking ingredients equipment and technology. In fundamentals I learned the basics of baking and pastry and methods pertaining to the subject.
2nd semester at CIA: Block courses: Hearth breads and Rolls ( learned basics of breads and how to make popular breads such as baguettes, sourdough, brioche, focaccia, bagels, and how to score), Cafe Savory (small breakdown of the culinary side), and Intro to Gastronomy
