• Enforcing contracts among all students in a equitable manner as well as enforcing legal consequences of broken contracts was also an occasional occurrence
• As this was a student housing property I also planned and organized social events at the property as well as incentivized actives like raffles, and weekly themed activities all with the focus of promoting a fun and positive living environment for the residents.
