Volunteer annually for Vacation Bible School, also as a greeter Sunday mornings, and assisted with Celebrate Recovery at First Friends Church in Canton, Ohio. Celebrate Recovery was from 2016-2019, and was discontinued due to COVID.
Other personal information. I am currently on Social Security Disability and limited to 30 hours a week through the SS work program. I have a mild case of cerebral palsy with weakness in left hand and foot. I am unable to lift more than 15 pounds and cannot climb safely. These disabilities have not hindered my ability to perform the duties required of me at my previous jobs.
After receiving many complements from family and friends, I decided to promote my pie baking business. I have customers from several walks of life, doctors, nurses, therapists, dentists, pharmacists, restaurants as well as friends and family. I have created specialty pies, both sugar free and gluten free, as well as the most common fruit and cream pies. Advertisement is mainly by word of mouth and providing of business cards.
