For the last four years, I have worked for American Defense Manufacturing. We manufacture numerous firearms and firearm accessories. My primary focus is product photography, but I also help to make sure that, as a company, we are in compliance with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and National Firearms Act. Throughout my day, I stage, capture, and handle all post-processing of our in-house media. I often set up lights, backgrounds, and prep products for photographers. Once the scene is ready, I adjust the camera settings and begin photographing. I also handle all post-processing of the images, which means editing in programs such as Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Illustrator. In addition to capturing photos, I handle our designs for product launches, holiday giveaways, and website listings. As well as working in marketing, I work with ATF compliance, which ensures that we continue to follow the guidelines required to maintain a Federal Firearms License. I update our internal books that keep records of all firearms and their locations.
