Elliana Morfeld

My freshman year in high school, I was on the journalism team. One of the requirements was to write and record segments for the local radio station with updates for our school.

This past school year, in Speech, I wrote and presented an informative speech on the Rosary, using Hallow as a resource. I ended the season at the State competition.

I was asked to share a witness to my faith for an Advent program in our church.

I have used the Hallow app every day for the past 14 months to pray the rosary, using a prayer guide each time. When I'm finished, I share the daily quote with a group of family members via text.

My real passion is my faith and it excites me to think of being able to do that in a way that can reach so many people.

I try to live my faith every day in high school, which can be hard when certain topics or conversations arise.
