
I have roughly two years of experience in customer service and the food industry. I have over one year of shift management experience. I am time efficient and keep the area clean all while keeping customers happy. And I remain in a good mood through out the shift.
As an employee of Wawa, I worked the register or ran the beverage station. Unfortunately I was not able to stay with company for very long because I had some health issues involving surgery. I am now healthy and ready to get back on my feet.
As a crew member at tropical smoothie, I took orders, made smoothies and food items. I would deep clean the store and make sure everything was in order. I was a weekend employee, so I only worked a couple days. I made sure everything was good for the new coming week.
As a shift lead at wing stop, I managed shifts and trained new employees. I took orders and helped customers with any questions/problems or refunds if needed. I trained employees in taking orders, making the food, making back ups and prepping for the day. I counted the safe every morning and evening. I managed drawers and money for the day, I ran money to the bank for deposits and exchanged change for the day. I was a day shift manager, so I would open for the day and give everyone their assigned task for the day.
