Produced, directed, shot and edited story-driven broadcast, web, digital, radio, and social media content ranging from long form features to short digital video for a wide range of successful democratic candidates as well as environmental and public health campaigns across the United States (Gretchen Whitmer for Governor, Environmental Defense Fund, Planned Parenthood) Experience working in multiple languages. Oversaw multiple simultaneous productions as well as long-term projects under strict news cycle deadlines. Produced multiple stories at once while ensuring content delivered on time and on budget. Employed creative problem solving skills to respond to an ever changing political landscape.

My responsibilities include conception and script writing, scheduling, budgeting, hiring local crew, on the ground producing and directing, media management and encoding, editing, graphics, and final delivery.

Developed, researched, and produced and edited compelling video for Conservation International, the ACLU, the United Nations, Everytown for Gun Safety, Families Belong Together, Vital Voices, the NDWA and several democratic political campaigns across the US. Created both long and short form content for television and digital (social media) centered around advocacy. Interviewed a wide range of advocates, politicians, civilians, celebrity validators and policy makers with digression and confidentiality. Developed and oversaw contracting, schedules and budgets for each production. Organized the logging and archiving of projects.

Researched, developed, produced, directed, and edited a short documentary on the Maasai Girls Education Fund's work to increase access to school for young women in Southern Kenya, thereby preventing and addressing early child marriage, early child pregnancy, and FGM. Worked with local community leaders to achieve maximum impact in terms of fundraising, awareness, and increasing school enrollment. Worked with local interpreters and fixers to navigate language and cultural barriers. Experience in higher-risk environment.
