I manage children's schedules effectively to ensure timely completion of homework, extracurricular activities, and daily routines after school days. I ensure the children's safety and comfort, closely collaborate with parents in establishing boundaries/rules within the household, and maintain a clean and organized home environment through regular tidying duties.
