- Providing support to PE2 and PP2 operations, maintenance, and contractors by facilitating adherence to safety and regulatory standards. Assisted with permit writing, LOTO, and FPC procedures. Conducted multiple trainings for operations on specific safety topics. As an HSP, I would conduct comprehensive inspections of both routine and non-routine tasks, assessing hazards and recommending ways to mitigate those hazards and ensure adherence to Standard Operations Procedures (SOP's).

- After finishing up PFD training consisted in walking down ISO drawings and piping packages for construction of PE-3. Was in charge of overseeing the construction of 3 areas in PE-3 and ensured all correct piping, equipment, valves, etc. were installed correctly and in a timely manner. After construction worked as an outside operator for 2 1/2 years. I am proficient in LOTO and writing and reviewing procedures and knowing the importance of maintaining a unit in a clean and safe fashion. I have trained as the downstream DCS operator maintaining the extruder and other downstream equipment and loading railcars with prime product. Assisted in troubleshooting equipment issues, minimizing disruptions to the production schedule. Now training on the upstream side of the DCS, watching trends and learning the gas composition of the reactor and ensuring regens get done to our purification area.
