  • Provide associate coaching and development to new associates as well as continuous feedback on process errors made by associates to improve performance
  • Exercise problem solving skills to resolve issues, ensure best quality, safety, and productivity while maintaining the company’s values and philosophy
  • Duties included training associates who would go on to become offline associates
  • Inspection and repair of vehicles to ensure that the customer receives highest rated, premium quality vehicle, free of defects prior to shipping
