• Set planograms: remove damaged, out-of-code, not-in-set and discontinued items from displays made sure all items was in the proper space and all UPC codes matched each item
• Signage: Revised pricing information and updated signs for accurate product presentation and customer education.
• Gondola Building : Broke down all old fixtures and rebuild and replaced with new gondola fixers also leveled gondolas, measured & installed shelvings.
