• Develop a goal agreement aligned with The Framework for Teaching
• Meet individually with both the principal and teacher to explain pEEr
• Complete two classroom observations, and provide evidence of progress toward goals.
• Facilitate interim and summary meetings with the principal and teacher
• Submit and present all information and reports to the pEEr panel.
• Work with the teacher for 18 weeks focusing on observing teaching, engaging in coaching conversations, providing additional resources and

recommending aligned professional development.

• Provide on-site coaching for 19 school support teachers (SSTs)
• Support implementation of coaching cycles for 26 schools
• Facilitate monthly district-wide coaching professional development

Analyze school data (progress monitoring, universal screener, and classroom assessments) to share with staff and/or teams to make informed curricular decisions for professional development needs, interventions, and next steps to guide instruction

• Helped students develop self-esteem and life skills by fostering healthy conflict-resolution, critical thinking, and communication.
• Planned lessons, activities and trips to cover all required course material.
• Collaborated with parents, administrators and counselors to develop improvement plans for struggling students.
