• Established positive and effective communication among school staff and organization leadership which lead to reducing miscommunications and missed deadlines.
• trained and retrained school cleaners to maintain all school standards.
• Attended all school emergencies that consist of fires,flooding and any natural disasters.
• Interviewed for future employees, while disciplining and dismissed employees.
• Managed a staff of 20-30employees on notifying on any changes in school policies and new cleaning projects.
• Implemented maintenance operations and ensured compliance with safety regulations in a commercial school building, coordinating with union reps. to address workplace concerns and improve operational efficiency.

Fireman: 2009-2012

• Opened and closed the school buildings for school property protection.
• Monitored and performed payroll approval for employees.
• Turned on and off the boiler system and the HVAC system.
• Cleaned the grease traps and strainers for boiler hvac condenser pipes.
• Maintained levels of glycol and oil for adequate heating.
• Tested the sprinkler and alarm systems on schedule days.

Handyman: 2005-2009

• Repaired all basic needs which are chairs, tables and desk. We where able to save over $10,000 as a school for repairing these needs.
• Replaced Electrical sockets, light fixtures and glass windows to be compliant with safety hazards.
• Provided new drywall,landscaping,painting and plastering for school walls.

Cleaner : 2002 - 2005

• Assessed in Bathrooms , classrooms, stairwells, and hallway cleaning when assigned to. That brought an A grade to the school from an third party operation management for school cleanness.
• Reported to any broken fixtures in the schools to management. That lead to less kids getting injured while on school premises.
• Maintained stock of all cleaning products for other employees to come in and properly work efficient.
• Helped strip the floors and waxed the floors in classrooms and hallways. This brought a pure shine to each room and floor when stepping into the schools.

• Utilize various coaching models and techniques to maximize students success.
• Advanced to the finial four of the city conference championship in 2022-2023 season.
• Two time regional champions winners for 2022-2023 & 2021-2022 seasons.
• Qualified and transitioned five women athletes to received multiply college scholarships.
• Coordinate special events such as pre-season tryouts, training camps and special workshops to support team goals.
• Most important developed young ladies into professional , good hearted women at the end of their high school career.
