My responsibility was to assist residents with activities of daily living such as feeding,walking,transferring and bathing if necessary. some residence also required safety watch for those in restraints my job was to keep them safe and alert security if necessary and log there activities.

• Served as a mentor for new CNAs during their orientation period, sharing valuable insights from personal experience while fostering teamwork within the unit.
• Participated in regular interdisciplinary meetings to discuss individual patient care plans, offering suggestions for improvement based on clinical observations.

• Monitored vital signs regularly, promptly reporting any abnormalities or changes to nursing staff.
• Answered call lights and supported patient comfort and safety by adjusting bed rails and equipment.
