I have been running a baking business out of my home for about four years now. I have been in culinary school for a year and a half and have taken various classes to enhance my skills. I am currently going for my culinary arts associates and baking and pastry certificate. A few classes that I have taken are baking, knife skills development, pastry, food science, baking and pastry science, international foods, table service, bakery deli. I have learned so many different skills throughout all of these classes and I am currently looking for an internship to learn more and build on my skills.
