My responsibilities as Marketing Coordinator at Nitesoft Solutions included planning and creating content for the company's social media channels. The purpose was to increase the size of Nitesoft's business network whilst strengthening their brand. Being the only employee within marketing at the company, I learned to take initiative and work autonomously to solve problems from the beginning.

As a Staffing and Recruitment Assistant in Team IT/Tech, I assisted Consultant Managers in recruiting for IT and Tech roles. My main responsibilities included writing job advertisements, interviewing candidates and presenting candidates to clients. The role entailed a wide variety of tasks and required me to make decisions fast. I also had to be structured, communicative and flexible.

As Coordinator for Novare's Youth Academy Program, I supported thirty teenagers in a project intended to educate them in entrepreneurship. My role was to assist participants in creating innovative solutions for their client. I worked in a small team to plan activities and provide feedback on pitches. The opportunity allowed me to develop my skills in teamwork, leadership and creative problem-solving.

My role included managing gym memberships, selling equipment and services as well as preparing the facility for special events. Working with customers in this hectic environment required me to be highly adaptive and service minded.

My main responsibilities as a Sales Associate included selling goods and managing the shop. The shop was a fast-paced environment with many different customers, which allowed me to develop my communication and customer service skills. I had to always be dynamic and independent in my work.
