In December 2023, I was honored to complete the prestigious Leadership Maryland program, a statewide professional development experience focused on building a better Maryland by empowering leaders from business, government, education, and nonprofit sectors.

Selected as one of 48 participants, I took part in an eight-month, hands-on learning journey that included an orientation, five two-day regional sessions, and a closing retreat. The curriculum focused on Maryland’s most pressing issues—economic development, education, health and human services, criminal justice, the environment, and diversity.

Graduates join a network of over 1,300 alumni leaders who are committed to leveraging their expertise and influence to create lasting, positive impact across the state.
