• Receives training documentation for special projects and mandate in-house courses and ensures accuracy and completion.
• Assists Program Manager for Special Projects in scheduling all mandate in-house and special project courses and provides agencies with required paperwork.
• Processes registrations for all completed mandate in-house and special project courses.
• Assists Program Manager for Special Projects in communicating with member agencies regarding class documents, course scheduling, etc.
• Assists Program Manager for Special Projects with coordination of auxiliary training programs.
• Assists Program Manager for Special Projects with logistical coordination of the ILETSB CIT Program.
• Coordinates with Program Manager for Special Projects, Field Representative, and Instructor Coordinator to create improved filing system for course curricula and instructor files.
• Tallies and enters class evaluation scores when needed and notifies Deputy Director of any concerns.
• Actively participates in small group problem solving meetings with NEMRT staff by generating new ideas and by improving coordination of current processes, policies, and procedures.
• Follows all applicable safety policies and procedures.
• Performs other duties as requested.
• Thorough knowledge of business English, grammar, spelling and mathematics and the ability to communicate effectively in English in both written and verbal form including the preparation of technical and business reports.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities in a timely fashion.
• Ability to problem solve, think critically, and have an independent working mindset.
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
