  • I also had a goal of creating a team who understands the importance of our job and who understands how to work together. It was a goal to clean, organize and add structure and standard processes in place. I was also given additional task of a new project checking in trucks and creating a process that is efficient and productive. I was able to obtain a supervisor role and additional training such as leadership classes and certifications in CPR,BPT and fearless and fair communication. We as a team were able to organize and clean the area of reworks which was in really bad shape. I have also obtained my forklift driver training and certs and continue to take on new task daily. I am currently taking six sigma classes to better understand the 5 S process and how to utilize this in my day-to-day activities. I have had to create documents for cleaning and tracking to daily output from each team. I was given ownership of MSS and have been able to sustain a cleaner more organized environment for our employees. I look forward to learning as much as possible and continuing to create ways to make the process of our jobs easier. I look forward to teaching the team time management by doing time study, I would like to make the smartest decisions, find more efficient process, be more open to listening, develop more listening skills, showing more confidence as I settle into my new role, I would like to be more adaptable to change, accept responsibilities, and focusing and self-discipline. I was also given the new task of building a repack team and to the current day we have been able to save high dollar product that has saved the company almost 400,000 to date. I am now looking for more ways to improve efficiency in this area as well. We have also added additional lanes to the check in lanes which has also improved CICO time. I continue to look forward to whatever new projects a given to me so that I can help in any are of improvement needed. I have also been working closely with Inventory as we implemented the green sticker program, this basically helps us track and trace damages and loses by making sure before product is destroyed that it is documented, we immediately saw improvements. Ending of my most proud moment was that my team and I scored 100% on this year's Audit, and what made me so proud about that moment was how my team shined, when last year their fear of being audited was so uncomfortable to them. I have really enjoyed watching them grow.
