With over 30 years of experience, I am seeking a full time position as a Facilities Maintenance and Purchasing Manager. I am an experienced leader and efficient problem solver of project management, operations oversight, special projects, compliance inspections and supply management. I have smoothly run preventive maintenance programs and and can offer a strong safety record. My approach combines using strong planning with a focus on cost effective results by renegotiating vendor contracts. I am an organized, hardworking, dependable and dedicated employee always looking out for the best interests of the company and their employees. I am willing to take on added responsibilities to help meet and achieve the goals of my my company and team. With my years of experience I am looking forward to joining a strong team as a Facility and Maintenance manager.

While working at my different jobs i was able to learn to operate a few different pieces of machinery which includes : skid steer, trencher, boom truck,large ,industrial saw , boaring machine , order picker and a forklift.
