Mentored fellow co-workers on proper bearing installation and removal, taught proper bearing lubrication methods, and coached numerous alignment procedures to industry standard, to prevent mechanical failure. Heavy Equipment Mechanic; Responsible for performing preventative maintenance and critical repairs on all forklifts, loaders, and shop vehicles.
