During my time at Cotton Electric, I've learned that there is always room for personal improvement. Whether that be a job title, or the ability to learn from those around you, and truly shape your character into what you aspire it to be. I've been employed at Cotton since graduating from high school. During my years of employment, I've been blessed to continually excel in each position. Applying for this position is a huge step in furthering my knowledge within the company, and taking on a more leadership role. While pursuing my degree in Business Administration, this position would give me real-life opportunities to display certain skills. This would not be an opportunity I take lightly.
