- At Target, I am continuing my Starbucks journey through a licensed store. The key differences are less available product and a different point of sale system. I have adapted to this change as well as earned skills as a service advocate. As a service advocate, I work the service desk assisting with returns, pick-up orders in-store or via drive-up, RedCard payments, and anything else that comes up along the way. I also work on the checkout lanes, and am available and open to learn new positions to better support the store.

- From high school through undergrad, I worked at Starbucks as a barista and as a shift supervisor. My responsibilities included maintaining customer connections throughout peak business hours, restocking, and handling transactions, amongst other things. In this job, I have learned how to become easily adaptable in busy circumstances as well as taking initiative. After working as a Starbucks barista for two years, I was promoted to shift supervisor. I worked deploying a shift of baristas, running breaks, overseeing activities within the store, managing the safe, keeping track of stock and store temperatures, as well as multitasking, making the moment right with each customer, and ensuring the Starbucks experience is delivered every time.
