Collaborated with team of 6 in the development of OPF (Organic Precision Fires) a brand new idea for an MOS or Billet being implemented in the new IBEX battalions and the 2030 force design for the Marines Corps. This idea is for implementing small drone tactics at the squad and battalion level. To be able to identify and eliminate enemy targets in seconds using the switchblade drone that was used by SOF organizations. Only 42 marines were a part of the program while I was in. Not only did I manage communications between air elements such as fixed and rotary wings, I was also certified in switchblade drone operating as well as having a familiarity in SUAS operations.
