• Troubleshooted disabled and malfunctioning drives on AR floor

Picker

• Picked people's orders out of pods into a tote

• Picked 350 - 600 units per hour

Back Up Process Assistant

• Used SCC program (station command center) to give associates stations and move them around accordingly
• Coached associates on their mistakes to prevent errors and increase their units per hour
• Used multiple programs to search associates UPH (units per hour) and TOT (time off task) to coach them accordingly
• Used Slack and Chime program to communicate to multiple departments and associates
• Did it for six months

Pod Transfers Project

• Retrieved and inducted pods from AR floor using program called pod manager
• Used pod elevators to send down and up empty and full pods
• Full pods were transferred to other start up amazon sites and swapped out for empty ones
• Lead pod transfers and trained multiple associates on how to run all programs which include: pod manager, roboscout (website to look up pods and see where they are), and MMA to set up areas to create virtual managed/ out of service areas to create corals for the pods.
• Created physical corals and 5s the entire area on AR floor
• 8 months of experience and currently still doing it

Tote Replenished and Trans Out

• Filled up ARSAW and universal stations with empty totes
• Used single and double pallet jacks to transport totes
• Communicated with other tote replenishers and multiple departments for efficiency
• Averaged fifteen miles of walking per day
• Moved totes around the building depending if areas were too full or empty
• Used VRCs to move equipment around

• Installed drywall to commercial and residential areas
• Used various power tools and hand tools to measure, cut, and hang panels
• Installed metal corner beads
