Accomplishments

In my current role, I have surpassed my yearly Fiscal goals in KPI's and provided the State of Illinois the highest percentages of Paternity Establishment this State has ever had. My first year I was given a fiscal year goal of 92% and hit 95%, this current year, I was given the 92% goal again and I am projected, at this time, to hit 96-97%
