Accomplishments

  • Achieved the highest Bill to pay average in our site for the years of 2022, 2023, and 2024 which led to me being recognized by our client, CVS Pharmacy.
  • I was chosen by Alorica to train and develop 210 employees that were hired for Suddenlink during my years as a trainer because of the success I had with training our CVS employees.
