  • Was hired at LionDesk CRM- Start up company offering a CRM geared to the real estate industry. Started as an appointment setter and was quickly promoted to a sales rep.
  • LionDesk was acquired by Lone Wolf Technologies, a full real estate software suite offering digital marketing, lead generation, CRM, agent performance, market insights, accounting, and transaction management solutions for brokers and agents in 2020.
  • Spoke to leads via phone, email and online chat, identifying brokers and agents needs and objections by teaching them how to grow and scale their business using our CRM/dialer software (Liondesk) along with other Lone Wolf products and tools (Cloud CMA and The Cloud Agent Suite which connects to the MLS, as well as our leads program, Leads +) to implement into their business through cross-sell.
  • My knowledge of the products allowed me to assist with support issues resulting in successful sign ups and renewals along with a positive customer experience.
  • Consistently achieved monthly, quarterly, and annul sales revenue metrics.
  • Was part of a company wide lay off due to budget cuts in July of 2023. 2 months later, they asked me to come back to my previous position and I accepted their offer.
