I was in charge of billing, setting up accounts, and following up on delinquent accounts. I would use various computer programs for billing and managing water usage. Programs vary from Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, but mostly from a program called MUNIS and Tyler Technologies. The core of MUNIS is to handle financial management, payroll, procurement processes, and revenue collection.

• I grew up assisting with my dad’s business, where I gained hands-on experience in various trades. For a period, I also took on a few clients of my own, working on projects that included painting, drywall, insulation, and more.
• I am responsible for tracking all expenses and materials for each job, ensuring that accurate records are maintained from start to finish. This includes monitoring the cost of supplies, labor, and any other project-related expenses in real-time. I keep detailed logs to ensure that, once the job is completed, I can provide a precise and transparent invoice. I also regularly review the data to identify any discrepancies, making adjustments as needed to guarantee that the final bill is both accurate and fair for the client.

• I worked in the reciving department in the wearhouse
• There are three different things you would be assinged to do in the department
• First you could drive a forklift and unload load from trailers to the unloaders while keeping track with a RDS reciving computer program
• Second you could throw loads (boxes) on a conveyor belt while scaning and putting the correct label on the box before throwing the box on the line (conveyor blet)
• Last was cross stock which was very labor demanding you would open up a trailer and have a handle which controls a conveyor belt the follows you and you throw boxes on the line for 10 hours
• Going back to being quick at learning computer programs this job required to learn a RDS reciving program on the computer and it took me about a week of slight training to learn the program compared to most people having to train for two weeks to a month to learn

• Would open store and close mostly work open to close all day roughly three days a week

• Would consit of greeting customers, keep track of sales so we can keep track of whats selling and what needs to be order again
• Also use of register money transactions and bank deposites
• We also repair music equipment so i would be in charge of scheduling repairs for people
