My job is to help clients who have lost their jobs due to the pandemic and aid them in long term employment
As a case manager, I have several tasks
I contact potential participants for the grant and complete assessments and development plans
I manage a list of participants on my caseload, helping with new hire paperwork, payroll and accessing supportive services through the grant
I work with worksites to employ the participants and communicate with them to ensure both the participant and the worksite benefit from the grant
I complete weekly that are submitted to the grant funder and aid in the grant meeting goals set by the funder
Finally, I use a database called MACC to upload client notes, keep track of progress, and register the clients for services under the grant.
