I assist patients with activities of daily life, for example: feeding, ambulating, toileting, bathing, etc. I answer patient call lights, providing the best care I can to ensure they feel supported and taken care of. I communicate with the nurses, managers and social workers, as well as chart patient behavior, input/output, and daily cares.
