Emily Arnold

- Provides direct one-on-one behavior interventions in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.

- Observes and records specific behaviors using measurements of frequency and duration, as well as several other forms of data recording.

- Implements antecedent and consequence interventions as well as teaching replacement behaviors based on specific patient's behavior intervention plan developed by Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

- Implements a variety of methodologies following the behavior intervention plan including but not limited to Discrete Trial Training, Picture Exchange Communication Systems, Natural Enivornment Teaching, and positive reinforcement.

- Submits daily session notes for insurance billing and incident report forms in a timely manner.

- Communicates with parents and family members of patients, Behavior Analysts, operations managers, other leadership directors and teammates in a confident and professional manner.
