With four years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, I am well-versed in implementing individualized care plans and ensuring quality outcomes for those I support. My recent Bachelor's degree in Psychology has deepened my understanding of developmental and behavioral disorders, supportive interventions, and the importance of individualized care. Having recently transitioned into a management role with Martha Lloyd Community Services, I’ve been refining my skills in leadership and organizational development. As I seek a QIDP position, I am eager to apply my expertise to enhance care quality, ensure effective program implementation, and promote a collaborative, inclusive environment. I am passionate about making a meaningful impact and am excited to continue growing in this field.
